Apply today to take the next step in your IT career!Key Responsibilities:Provide onsite desktop and technical support to end usersTroubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues using ticketing systems (ServiceNow)Support Windows 10 environments and Microsoft Office/365 applicationsManage user accounts and access via Microsoft Active DirectoryPerform desktop imaging and deployments (MDT, LTI, ZTI)Support printers and peripherals (HP, Canon, Toshiba)Deliver excellent customer service with patience and a team-first mindsetWork efficiently in a fast-paced, service-oriented environmentQualifications:1+ year of experience in desktop or technical support (or equivalent hands-on experience)Working knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory, and Office 365/OutlookFamiliarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNowStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to work onsite, full time, during day-shift hoursLegally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorshipCompensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $20.00 and $24.75 per hour.
