Job Title: Desktop Support Location: Pensacola, FL, Vienna, VA, Winchester, VA Contractor Work Model: Onsite, Mon-Fri Available shifts: 7:00 am-3:30 pm; 9:00 am-5:30 pm; 1 1:00 am-7:30 pm Hours: 40.0 hours per week Pay rate: open to W2 We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years of experience providing desktop support. Candidates must be able to pass both a criminal and credit background check. Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware and software issues Assist users with Microsoft Office/365, Outlook, and Lotus Notes applications Manage ticketing system entries using ServiceNow Support Windows 10 environments and desktop imaging technologies (MDT, LTI, ZTI) Support printer devices from HP, Canon, and Toshiba Collaborate with team members to ensure quality customer service and effective problem resolution Requirements Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Patience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Experience troubleshooting Windows 10 and related technologies Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and desktop imaging technologies (MDT, LTI, ZTI) Experience supporting printers from HP, Canon, and Toshiba Nice to haves: A+ Certification, Windows 10 Certification, awareness of security in financial institutions, SCCM entry-level knowledge System One offers eligible employees health and welfare benefits coverage options including medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, life insurance, voluntary plans, as well as participation in a 401(k) plan.
