Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer support through chat, email, phone, and virtual meetings. Troubleshoot product-related questions and technical issues by gathering information, investigating root causes, and identifying solutions. Take ownership of customer inquiries from initial contact through resolution or escalation. Guide customers on product functionality, workflows, and best practices to maximize their success. Document customer interactions, troubleshooting efforts, and case details accurately and thoroughly. Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Billing, and advanced support resources to resolve more complex issues. Identify recurring customer challenges and provide feedback that helps improve the overall customer experience. Stay up to date on product enhancements, new features, and internal processes. Prioritize and manage multiple customer conversations while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and professionalism. Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues when needed. Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer support, customer success, technical support, or help desk role. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and professionally. Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Experience documenting customer interactions and following established processes. Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through. Comfortable learning new technologies and software platforms quickly. Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work cross-functionally. Adaptability in a growing and evolving SaaS environment. Experience utilizing AI and technology tools to improve productivity and customer outcomes. Experience supporting SaaS platforms or cloud-based software. Familiarity with customer support ticketing systems and support tools. Experience handling customer communications through multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone.
