Commercial Insurance Professional (Account Manager / Account Executive)

Work Environment: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Westlake Village, CA. Following successful completion of the introductory period, employees may have the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule based on performance and business needs.

Due to continued growth, they're looking to add a Commercial Insurance professional to support and grow an established book of business.

Whether your background is primarily in account management or you've had experience marketing and placing business with carriers, this team is open to finding the right fit for the right person.

What You'll Do

• Manage and service an established commercial book of business
• Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members
• Market new and renewal accounts with carrier partners
• Analyze coverage and develop insurance solutions for clients
• Coordinate renewals, endorsements, proposals, and policy changes
• Work on a wide variety of commercial accounts ranging from small businesses to larger, more complex risks

What We're Looking For

• Commercial insurance experience in an independent agency or brokerage environment
• Experience servicing commercial accounts and/or marketing business to carriers
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
