Precast Concrete Laborer

Location: Palmdale, CA

Pay: $25.00/hour to start, with a $2.00/hour raise after 90 days for employees in good standing

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM

A leading precast concrete manufacturer in Palmdale is hiring Laborers to assist in the production of large structural concrete products. This is a hands on position in a fast paced manufacturing environment, supporting form setup, concrete placement, material handling, and general production operations.

• Assist with the production of large precast concrete structures
• Set up, clean, and strip concrete forms
• Support concrete pouring, finishing, and curing operations
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Move materials throughout the facility
• Perform general housekeeping and plant cleanup
• Follow all safety procedures and production standards

• Construction, concrete, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Comfortable working in an industrial plant environment
• Ability to work an early morning schedule

• Starting pay of $25.00/hour
• $2.00/hour raise after 90 days

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
