About the Position

** Facility is offering 36hrs/wk or 36/48 hrs/bi wkly **

• # Beds: 25
• Ratios 5-6:1
• EMR: EPIC
• Common diagnosis / Types of patients chf, diabetes, PNA, CKD, m/s tele
• Shifts & Scheduling 12-hour shifts scheduling is by manager; block scheduling cannot be accommodated. Travelers will be schedule based on needs of the facility
• Weekend Requirement every other weekend required
• Holiday Requirement holidays are required
• Call or Standby Requirement No
• Floating Requirements will float to all med/surg units, possibly to PCU to care for Tele holds prior to transfer
• Scrub Color/Dress Code Navy blue

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience or 'Must have' skills 18+ Months of recent Med/Tele exp. 
2. Active RN License required. 
3. BLS - AHA required.
