Accounts Payable Specialist I - Expense
O'Reilly Auto Parts
Accounts Payable ClerkPerform various accounts payable related tasks and process both expense invoices (paper and electronic) and disburse payments upon due dates. Work closely with vendors, store managers and corporate departments regarding both invoices and credits.Essential Job FunctionsSort and process daily incoming department mailPrep invoices for scanning to document imaging systemsCorrelate tear strip/remittance with checks in cash disbursement processingIndex invoices and check for accuracy.Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/AbilitiesRequired:Excellent attendance, work ethic, customer service - internal and externalSome background knowledge in accounts payableGood typing skills with exposure to computer input and excelGood communication skillsExcellent 10-key calculator by touchO'Reilly Auto Parts has a proven track record of growth and stability.
