Facilities Maintenance Technician III

Medtronic seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician III for its Rice Creek facility in Fridley, Minnesota. This fully onsite role involves performing repairs and maintenance across multiple trades to ensure safe, reliable facility operations supporting medical device manufacturing. The position operates Monday–Friday, 7AM–3:30PM.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, and equipment trades
- Conduct routine and special inspections to identify necessary facility and equipment maintenance
- Test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machines and equipment using technical specifications
- Support mission-critical manufacturing facilities enabling product development and operations
Requirements
- 3+ years of facilities or maintenance experience
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
- Experience troubleshooting and testing machinery and equipment
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire
- CMMS experience preferred
- HVAC certification preferred
Compensation: $59,200.00 - $88,800.00
