Ability to keep detailed records and make written and oral reports and generate computer reports.Ability to make independent decisions, some with life-or-death implications.Ability to accept supervision.Ability to provide leadership and stimulate creativity in the development of programs and in services.Ability to evaluate services provided and identify other appropriate services and/or develop new services.Ability to respond to public health emergencies.Ability to recognize and avoid hazardous situations such as minimizing exposure to body fluids, chemicals (ex.
