Supervisor, Paid Social

Overview The Paid Social Media Supervisor is a subject matter expert and key resource for the Paid Social team, clients and partner agencies, vendor partners, and internal cross‑functional counterparts. The Supervisor develops paid social strategy for assigned accounts/brands and articulates the role of paid social in a holistic media program. Responsibilities Understand the relationship between paid, owned, and earned social media tactics. Have solid knowledge of category and channel. Deep understanding of social media platforms such as Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snap, TikTok, Reddit, and Pinterest. Be well versed in vendor landscape and contribute to agency POVs. Monitor the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies to improve campaign performance and recommend how clients can best leverage new tools and services. Have intermediate level understanding of Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTable, chart building) and PowerPoint. Understand Meta Advanced Measurement Solutions. Understand Meta Pixel and other technical paid social platform solutions. Understand how the agency works and how jobs flow through the agency. Understand scope of work and flag scope creep on assigned account(s). Oversee daily operations and develop careers of Managers and Associates on assigned team(s). Plan social media as part of a holistic media approach & influence clients’ social media goals. Lead budget projections with support from Manager role. Compile data across several social media platforms and maintain high standards in creating and delivering weekly/monthly reports, including key metrics and analysis for insights, optimizations, and future strategy development. Qualifications Exhibit integrity and trust. Adhere to agency procedures and processes. Proficiency in computer skills used to manage day‑to‑day workflow (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). 5 years of biddable social media campaign management experience. Experience managing a team. Meta Blueprint Certification desired. Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus. Benefits & Compensation Compensation range: $75,050–$107,835 annually. Temporary roles may be eligible for the freelancer/temporary employee medical plan and 401(k) plan under eligibility criteria.
