To see our fill list of Team Member Benefits please visit our career site: Description:The Heavy Duty Porter/Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness to bar according to established policies so guests enjoy a safe, memorable experience.Essential duties include, but are not limited to:Maintain and clean all bars.Ensures that production and storage areas are maintained in accordance with city and state health department codesPromotes positive public/employee relations at all timesMaintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum six (6) months of high volume beverage servicing experience, preferably in a night club or sports barAble to work a varied work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.Ability to read and understand all Seminole Tribe of Florida policies and procedures.Must possess knowledge of proper handling of deep cleaning chemicalsMust be attentive to detailsMust have high standard of cleanlinessMust be able to work without close supervisionMust be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.Must be able to complete standard Seminole Tribe of Florida forms and reports.Be flexible and adaptable to change.Be team-oriented and enjoy working with and assisting people.Able to exercise judgment on an independent basis.Be articulate and possess a professional appearance and demeanor. #J-18808-Ljbffr Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa
