Responsibilities Contact homeowners to schedule appointments for solar energy consultations. Utilize provided scripts and resources to effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy. Qualify leads by gathering information about homeowners' energy needs, current utility bills, and potential solar incentives. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointment schedules in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for consultation meetings. Stay informed about solar industry trends, incentives, and product offerings to effectively address homeowner inquiries. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets to contribute to the company's growth goals. Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with homeowners to enhance their experience. Qualifications Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service preferred. Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive manner.
