IT Security Specialist

To enhance security within a modern media environment, the full-time remote IT Security Specialist will manage endpoint security, identity and access management, and security awareness programs while ensuring the protection of systems and workflows. Key responsibilities Own security for the company's Mac fleet, including compliance, monitoring, and malware response Manage Okta-based identity and access management processes, including adaptive MFA and access scopes Develop and implement security awareness programs and training tailored to various teams within the organization Required qualifications Substantial experience in IT security, endpoint security, or identity and access management Hands-on experience with macOS, Jamf, CrowdStrike Falcon, Okta, and Google Workspace security Understanding of modern security boundaries across browsers, SaaS applications, and AI-enabled systems Experience with security logging, monitoring, and incident investigation Ability to evaluate risk in the context of real-world workflows and operational constraints
