Interiors Project Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties Manage programming, schematic design, and design development phases of architectural projects. Develop and oversee construction documents and administration processes for diverse projects. Select finishes and create detailed 3D renderings to enhance project presentations. Conduct meetings with clients, engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure project alignment. Lead client presentations and actively participate in networking events to build relationships. Mentor junior team members and delegate tasks effectively to foster team growth. Utilize design software such as Revit, Bluebeam, and Adobe tools for project execution. Track project finances and contribute to proposal development to support business operations. Interiors Project Manager Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required. 5-8 years of relevant work experience, with 10 years preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Design Software, Revit, and Bluebeam. Experience with AI tools, Teams, and Planner is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. Ability to multitask and balance multiple projects effectively. Licensed Architect or on the path to becoming licensed is preferred.
