Network Delivery Project Manager

Managing all aspects of implementation projects, the full-time remote Network Delivery Project Manager will drive successful delivery of both packaged and custom solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication across teams. Key responsibilities Oversee implementation projects for core and enterprise customers, ensuring alignment with customer goals and project scope Prepare and communicate project status to stakeholders, tracking progress, risks, and mitigation plans Collaborate with internal teams to schedule resources and deliver on all aspects of the project effectively Required qualifications 3+ years of project management experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or systems integration Proficiency in project management software and collaborative tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Asana Experience managing a variety of project types, including time and materials, fixed fee, and managed services Solid understanding of data integration with eCommerce platforms and digital retailers Strong ability to foster relationships with both internal teams and external customers, effectively addressing issues and driving resolutions
