This role offers exposure to large-scale ERP implementation and the opportunity to contribute to process improvement in a modern, technology-driven environment.What You'll DoPrepare and post journal entries and maintain supporting documentationManage invoicing and revenue recognition for projects, monthly SaaS transactional products, subcontractor pass-passthroughs and customer eventsPrepare monthly margin reports for professional services and managed servicesMaintain balances in deferred and unbilled accounts and research any discrepanciesComplete monthly account reconciliations in BlacklineAssist in management and preparation of audit schedulesContribute to process documentation and identify efficiency opportunities as the system and structure evolveWhat You'll NeedBachelor's degree in accounting or 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close procedures.Experience with invoicing and communicating with customers preferredExperience with Blackline or similar reconciliation tools preferred.ERP system experience (Oracle Fusion, Great Plains, SAP, or NetSuite) a plus.Salesforce experience a plus.Strong Excel and analytical skills with high attention to detail.Quick learner who can operate independently in a hybrid work environment.With your explicit consent which you provided as part of the application process, we will retain candidate personal data solely for the business purpose for which it was collected.
