What Youll Do
- Manage multiple manufacturing sites, optimizing Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
- Build and develop competent leadership teams at each location.
- Lead project teams for customer solutions and capital improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across sites.
- Coach and mentor Plant Managers to enhance efficiencies and control costs.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to achieve collective business goals.
- Facilitate accurate production and inventory reporting.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of leadership experience in Operations Management.
- Strong financial acumen and demonstrated P&L management results.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build diplomatic relationships.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic, and changing work environments.
- Ability to travel up to 75% to various plant locations.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
