Delinquency Resolution Specialist

Rose International is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our onsite team in Arlington, TX. This temp-to-hire role is based in a busy call center environment and requires handling delinquent accounts, negotiating payment plans, and documenting actions in the collections system. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Auto, Banking or Credit Card collections, strong verbal/written communication, and solid time management.
