Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) A Full-Time (32-40 hrs) or Part-Time (24-29 hours) Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Naugatuck, CT. $5,000 Sign-on bonus offered for Full-Time. Responsibilities and Qualifications: The qualified candidate will: Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation Work well with others in a team setting Be flexible with hours. Rehab Director / Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) A full-time REHAB DIRECTOR / Speech Language Pathologist, (ST / SLP), position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department. Be a licensed speech therapist or license eligible in the state where employed. Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting The ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department.
