Sr. Recruiter

Sr. Recruiter role supporting PeopleScout’s RPO clients with full-cycle recruiting and ongoing client service. Implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions Source, recruit, screen, interview, and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and nonexempt roles Partner with hiring managers to support positive candidate experiences and strong working relationships Lead typically weekly update calls with managers to provide search updates, review challenges, and design action plans Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data integrity Follow established staffing processes Ensure compliance with applicable compliance standards Proactively pursue new avenues to attract candidates Work effectively in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment Use strong judgment to prioritize work, manage multiple projects at once, and meet objectives Provide heavy client services responsibilities, including daily information and candidate data tracking Identify opportunities for improvement and provide information to the client as needed Resolve problems and participate in client meetings Maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction Use consultative recruiting skills across sourcing methods, including passive sourcing Requirements Minimum 5 years of recent full-cycle recruitment experience Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) experience required OFCCP experience preferred Strong partnership and consultative skills Driven by creating the best possible hiring manager and candidate experiences Excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects, and meet objectives Extreme sense of urgency Detail oriented Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices Excellent customer service delivery and strong presentation skills Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Must be 18 years of age or older Tools & Technologies Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint Compensation $58,240 - $84,000 per year Salary range depends on experience and geographic location Location Rochester, NY (onsite) Benefits 6 paid holidays 1 paid floating holiday Up to 20 days of Paid Time Off per year Medical/Dental/Vision insurance Company-matching 401(k) Employee Stock Purchase Program Other programs and perks #J-18808-Ljbffr TrueBlue Internal
