In this role you will be part of the Ortho Clinical Diagnostics intern/co-op planning team supporting recruitment efforts for intern talent. You will partner closely with R&D to manage the recruiting process from posting job descriptions at universities, collecting and sorting resumes, communicating with candidates, recommending candidates to hiring managers, prescreening candidates, setting up interviews, maintaining status spreadsheets, working with managers to solidify candidate selection, contacting candidates with the hiring decision, extending employment offers and working with payroll partners to begin onboarding processes.
