The Oceanside Realty Team at Keller Williams is hiring a  Sales Coordinator to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You'll work with warm leads, guide conversations, identify client needs, and help connect buyers and sellers with the right team members, all while working remotely with proven systems, ongoing coaching, and company-sponsored real estate licensing.  Prior sales experience is not required!

Compensation and Benefits:

• $75,000 First-Year OTE  (Base Salary + Commission)

• Real estate licensing, sponsorship, and ongoing coaching

Occasional in-office presence is required, so candidates must be within reasonable driving distance of Wildwood, NJ. We can only consider applicants who are authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.

$75,000 Overall Total Earnings

• Engage with prospective clients through cool/warm leads to understand their real estate needs and aspirations
• Facilitate seamless communication between clients and our team members to ensure a smooth buying or selling process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance client satisfaction and drive sales growth
• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients
• Coordinate with marketing to ensure alignment of sales efforts with promotional campaigns and initiatives

• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients
• Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and records
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to maintain accurate client data
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools quickly
• Located within driving distance of Wildwood, NJ and is willing to get Real Estate license
