HUD Housing Community Manager: Impact & Compliance

Pratum Co

Edgewood Management Corporation is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a HUD-affordable property portfolio, lead staff, provide exceptional service, and ensure financial performance and compliance. You will implement the annual business plan, maximize occupancy, maintain curb appeal, and coordinate with regional management. A strong HUD and Fair Housing background is essential.
