Impactful Affordable Housing Community Manager

Pratum

Pratum Companies in Virginia is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a 126-unit Tax Credit community, lead staff, uphold compliance, and drive occupancy and revenue while delivering excellent resident service. You will implement annual business plans, manage budgets, ensure LIHTC and HUD compliance, supervise operations, report to regional management, and promote resident services through community events. #J-18808-Ljbffr
