JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking a dynamic and creative Art Director with a passion for visual storytelling and a strong ability to lead photo and video shoots from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will be adept at storyboarding, campaign conception, and managing large-scale campaigns while maintaining consistency across all branding initiatives. This is a key leadership role in shaping the creative direction and visual identity of our brand, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering engaging and impactful content. Passion for Golf WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Photo & Video Shoots: Lead the creative direction for photo and video shoots, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production oversight. Storyboarding: Develop detailed storyboards that translate concepts into compelling visual narratives, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of creative campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and design. Campaign Conception: Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for new campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Branding: Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs, ensuring all creative materials reflect the brand's voice, tone, and identity. Creative Leadership: Mentor and guide junior designers, photographers, videographers, and other creative team members, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. Creative & Brand Team Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and brand teams to align visual elements with broader brand strategies and objectives. Ensure that all creative outputs enhance the brand's image and messaging. Collaboration with Creative Producer: Partner with the Creative Producer to manage the logistical aspects of campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination and execution from pre-production through final delivery. Client & Stakeholder Management: Communicate and present creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed. THE TECHNICAL STUFF Proven experience (5+ years) as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role. Strong portfolio showcasing experience in photo and video shoots, campaign creation, and branding. Proficient in design, editing, and providing critical creative feedback to photo, video, and graphic design for various campaigns. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Notion for video needs Project Management Tools: Asana (preferred) or Production Binder Expertise in visual storytelling, with a keen eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Experience working in both digital and print media - from concept to completion/execution. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
