Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support access activity, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence while working with a team that values being agile, reliable, innovative, and caring, with integrity at the core of every interaction.

Monday 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Saturday 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Sunday 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed by site policy, and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violations.
• Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and assisting with security-related requests while working in environments and conditions that may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
