Salesforce Architect

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Salesforce Administrator to lead platform optimization and development for a global CRO. The role involves day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Salesforce CRM system while collaborating across business functions to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and optimize the entire Salesforce platform deployment
• Establish best practices for system maintenance, configuration, testing, and data integrity
• Design, build, test, and deploy enhancements to custom objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards
• Create and manage training materials; mentor users in CRM best practices
• Maintain database integrity, manage user roles and permissions, and troubleshoot production issues

Requirements

• Minimum five years professional experience, preferably in CRO or healthcare industry
• Salesforce Administrator (ADM201 and ADM211) certification
• Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer certifications preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to establish effective relationships
• Self-motivated with drive for results and teamwork abilities
