Senior Salesforce Architect
Worldwide Clinical Trials
Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Senior Salesforce Architect to serve as enterprise design authority for the Salesforce and Certinia platforms, overseeing the commercial technology stack for Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations. The role involves architecting scalable solutions, embedding AI capabilities, managing a multi-year roadmap, and leading a team of administrators and developers.
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end technical architecture, development standards, and multi-year roadmap
- Partner with Certinia and IT teams on data models, integration patterns, and automation
- Lead design and adoption of AI capabilities including Agentforce and Einstein
- Oversee Salesforce service desk operations and manage product backlog prioritization
- Govern coding standards, design patterns, and build-versus-buy decisions for solutions
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture and enterprise design patterns
- Strong working knowledge of Certinia PSA platform and shared data models
- Demonstrated experience leading AI-driven capabilities including Agentforce and Einstein
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, Flows, and Platform Events
- Expert understanding of sales and marketing processes including pipeline and forecasting
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns, security, and compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions at scale
