Now Hiring: Refrigeration Maintenance Service Technician
Location: San Diego, CA | Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Benefits
San Diego Refrigeration is growing fast, and we’re looking for a skilled Refrigeration Maintenance Service Technician to join our dynamic team! If you’re experienced, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance and service on commercial refrigeration systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to ensure efficient system performance
- Repair or replace components as needed, ensuring top-quality workmanship
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate clearly with clients
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial refrigeration maintenance (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and related controls
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to quality service
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
