Spencer's is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and ensure a seamless operation within the store. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining excellent Guest Services, developing staff to maximize sales, controlling expenses, and managing inventory effectively. The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years old with prior retail or management experience.
