Senior Technical Recruiter

Owning the full lifecycle recruiting process for highly technical roles, the hybrid remote Senior Technical Recruiter will manage multiple requisitions, serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, and contribute to business development efforts for federal clients. Key responsibilities Lead full lifecycle recruiting across multiple concurrent requisitions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation Serve as a strategic talent advisor, providing data-driven guidance on market conditions and workforce planning to hiring managers Drive pre-award and proposal recruiting efforts, partnering with business development teams to identify and pipeline talent for upcoming contract opportunities Required qualifications 8-10 years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience, particularly in the government contracting industry Demonstrated expertise in recruiting for cleared positions (DoD clearances including Secret, Top Secret, and TS/SCI) Proven track record supporting federal clients such as DoD, VA, or similar agencies Experience with proposal and pre-award recruiting, including resume preparation and compliance requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; military experience welcomed
