Finance Manager | $120k- $130k | Remote | Direct Hire |Iowa or Pennsylvania

Lead Financial Strategy and Drive Business Performance

What You’ll Do :

• Lead pricing strategy and controls to optimize profitability and support business growth
• Manage commission calculations, approvals, and reporting processes
• Oversee and develop the Cash Application team, including performance metrics and employee development
• Partner with treasury and leadership teams to support funding activities, forecasting, and financial planning
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and business insights to support executive decision-making

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience with strong pricing and financial analysis expertise within commercial lending
• Previous leadership experience with responsibility for developing and managing teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business decisions
• Advanced Excel, reporting, dashboarding, and financial modeling capabilities
