This full-time opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. As a Production Operator , you'll play a critical role in our manufacturing process, helping produce precision-engineered components that are used by customers around the world. What You'll Do Perform precision assembly and inspection work using microscopes and other specialized equipment. Maintain focus and accuracy while completing detailed, repetitive tasks in both seated and standing positions. Accurately document production activities using basic computer and math skills. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain concentration on precision work. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the workday. Basic math and computer skills for documentation and production tracking. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Dependable, motivated, and committed to producing high-quality work. Manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Center, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
