Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Job Summary:

Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Description:

We are seeking a dependable Composite Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for fabricating composite materials through hand layup, trimming, molding, and finishing processes while ensuring products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

Perform hand layup, trimming, vacuum bagging, molding, and finishing of composite materials
Prepare materials and complete basic repairs
Follow work instructions and production procedures
Inspect products using measurement tools
Complete work orders, records, and time tracking
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety and quality procedures

Requirements

Manufacturing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good hand dexterity and communication skills
Basic math and computer skills preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, and pull for extended periods
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
