Job Summary
Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Registered Nurse (RN) Multiple Locations. This role involves providing specialized patient care within the post-anesthesia setting across various healthcare facilities. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, short-term acute care environment, with flexibility to float between units as needed, supporting recovery care for diverse patient populations.

Job Details

• Position: 1 Year / New Graduates Welcome PACU RN Req 10820
• Location: Multiple healthcare facilities within the region
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (preferred)
• Education Requirements: Valid nursing license; compact license accepted; minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
• Experience: 1-year PACU or ICU experience preferred, with proven charting system proficiency (Community Hospital experience considered)
• Additional Responsibilities: Must have vehicle for assignment; float between units based on need; assist with post-anesthesia recovery, airway management, medication administration, and patient monitoring.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ventilator management, arterial line care, and trauma Level II experience is advantageous.
• Other Requirements: Must have a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, be able to work holidays, and have at least 2 references within the past 3 years covering 1 year of employment.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates should respond to prior employment at Providence facilities, including location and dates, and include two recent references.
