Patient Care Advocate

To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time Patient Care Advocate will provide excellent customer service by answering patient questions, troubleshooting concerns, and tracking patients through their care journey while working remotely on weekends. Key responsibilities Answering patient questions related to treatment, logistics, and next steps Troubleshooting patient concerns related to shipping, refunds, scheduling, and care coordination Tracking patients through their care journey and ensuring timely follow-up Required qualifications Healthcare background (MA, PCA, CNA, or similar clinical or patient-facing role) with 1+ years of experience in abortion care Comfort working across both in-clinic and remote environments Strong triage skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in real time Experience providing trauma-informed care, demonstrating the ability to meet patients with steadiness and respect during moments of crisis Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients
