LucyRx
The Patient Care Advocate at LucyRx will deliver high-quality, empathetic support to members through Care Guide programs. You will handle inbound inquiries, proactive outreach, and guidance while adhering to HIPAA and regulatory standards.
Collaborating with Team Leads and cross-functional partners, you will document interactions, meet performance metrics, and help drive member satisfaction. This remote-first role requires strong communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced healthcare
