As a Director - Risk Management, you will:

• Own the end-to-end preparation and submission of Schedule L for FR Y-14Q stressed and unstressed submissions, alongside FR Y-14A reporting.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive regulatory reporting framework covering data sourcing, calculations, controls, documentation, and submission timelines.
• Ensure regulatory reporting remains aligned with regulatory guidance and evolving supervisory expectations.
• Design and implement a scalable operating model for Schedule L production.
• Build and strengthen sustainable reporting processes, systems, controls, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs across Risk, Finance, Technology, and Front Office teams.
• Ensure submissions are accurate, timely, well-controlled, and aligned with internal governance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of the regulatory reporting infrastructure and associated processes.

As a Director - Risk Management, you will require:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in risk management or regulatory reporting role, within a comparable financial institution.
• Significant experience in US regulatory reporting, with specific expertise in FR Y-14A / FR Y-14Q Schedule L.
• Strong understanding of stressed and unstressed regulatory reporting requirements.
• Proven experience within Risk Management and/or regulatory reporting in a banking environment.
• Experience establishing and improving reporting frameworks, governance, controls, and processes.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally with Risk, Finance, Technology, and Front Office stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
