Litigation Paralegal

Use your legal skills to help drive cases forward and make an impact in our growing North American company! Position Responsibilities Manage a variety of litigation and pre‑litigation matters, by organizing files and tracking deadlines to ensure timely case progression. Support the intake of new legal claims by gathering details, assisting investigations and preparing insurance reports. Handle responses to subpoenas and other document requests. Build strong relationships with vendors, contractors, insurers and brokers to ensure clear communication and smooth operations. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree. Paralegal certificate. 5+ years in a law firm or corporate setting. Experience in the insurance industry a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
