Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of middle‑market accounts, including construction, agriculture, oil and gas, and trucking. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in handling middle‑market accounts, a proactive approach to client service, and a commitment to excellence. Compensation Package Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits Include: 100% employer‑paid health, dental, and vision insurance. Generous PTO and sick leave. Paid holidays. Responsibilities Manage a book of business generating $500,000 - $700,000 in revenue, consisting of 100-130 accounts with premiums ranging from $20,000 to $500,000. Handle daily account management tasks, including endorsements, Certificates of Insurance (COI), renewals, marketing, proposals, and client‑facing interactions. Conduct account rounding, remarketing, and updating applications as needed. Quote new and renewal business, with a primary focus on renewals. Collaborate with the Commercial Department Manager and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate records and utilize agency management software (Epic preferred but not required). Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager or CSR, with a focus on middle‑market accounts. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Epic software is preferred but not mandatory. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a client‑focused mindset are essential. Work Environment: Full‑time in‑office position, with the possibility of one remote day per week after full training.
