About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Digital Strategy and Engagement with a focus on advancing organizational growth through the enhancement of digital, creative, and engagement capabilities in the medical affairs sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and expanding the impact of digital and creative services. This role requires a strategic leader who can translate complex scientific content into engaging, insight-driven solutions, and who is adept at fostering cross-functional collaboration to integrate data, creativity, and scientific expertise. The VP will also be at the forefront of defining and evolving the organization's digital and creative direction, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled processes and modern engagement approaches. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include acting as a senior partner to clients, shaping digital engagement strategies, and contributing to new business efforts. The role demands a deep understanding of digital strategy, innovation, and transformation, as well as the ability to champion the adoption of emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, communications, design, digital media, life sciences, or a related discipline, with at least 10 years' experience in a senior leadership role within a healthcare, medical communications, or pharmaceutical environment. A proven track record in client leadership, executive-level stakeholder engagement, and a strong knowledge of medical affairs, including compliance considerations, are essential. Experience in AI integration, modular content strategies, and a background in global team environments are also highly valued.
