The Treasury Intern/Co-Op will support the Treasury team in managing the companys cash liquidity banking relationships and financial risk activities. This role will provide hands-on exposure to corporate finance operations including cash management reporting and forecasting bank account management investment tracking debt analysis and financial reporting.

Potential Project Scope(s):

• Assisting with daily cash management positioning and liquidity reporting.
• Supporting cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.
• Preparing reports on cash balances investments and debt portfolios.
• Helping maintain banking documentation and treasury systems.
• Analyzing financial data and identifying trends or process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborating with Accounting FP&A Tax and other business teams on treasury-related initiatives.

*This role requires a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week on the Richardson campus with a flexible schedule that can be arranged within standard business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

What We Are Looking For

Preferred Candidate: Current college junior with an expected graduation date of Fall 2027 or Spring 2028 .

Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook).

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas data analysis pivot tables and financial reporting.
• Basic understanding of finance accounting cash flow management and corporate treasury concepts.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
• Excellent attention to detail organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to Have Knowledge Skills Abilities and Other Characteristics:

• Exposure to Treasury Management Systems (TMS) ERP platforms (SAP Oracle) or financial reporting tools.
• Experience with data analytics Power BI Tableau SQL Python or automation tools to support reporting and process improvements

What We Offer

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $19.80 - $22.00/hour . This rate is based on the interns current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
