WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE: Competitive pay based on certification and experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holiday pay 401k with a company match A supportive crew and leadership team who show up for you, on and off the clock Room to grow — from EMT to A-EMT to Paramedic WHAT YOU'LL DO: Answer and respond to 911 emergency calls promptly, obtaining dispatch information and navigating safely and efficiently to the scene Respond to non-emergent and emergency medical calls for assistance Perform scene size-up on arrival, assessing safety hazards and patient needs before initiating care Assess each patient's condition and provide treatment that matches your certification level and our approved Standing Medical Orders Communicate with dispatch and receiving facilities, providing timely updates and patient information Create a patient care report and fully document the care provided Safely operate an ambulance and transport patients between facilities Requirements: WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Must be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED Current state licensure as an EMT, Advanced EMT (A-EMT), or Paramedic Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record Current CPR Certification PHTLS, ITLS, or National Registry Certification a plus Paramedic candidates: ACLS and PALS Certification preferred Strong communication skills and a calm, compassionate approach under pressure PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Able to lift up to 250 pounds with a partner and assist with patient transfers throughout a shift Able to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods, in all weather conditions Comfortable working around blood or blood-borne pathogens with proper safety protocols Ready to join our crew?
