Bytefixx Technology Group is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Non-CDL Truck Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position will split time between local, in-town customer pickups and deliveries and general warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate is comfortable driving a company truck, interacting professionally with customers, safely handling technology equipment, and supporting the warehouse team as needed.

Pay: $23–$25 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Location: On-site in Lawrence, MA
Travel: Local, in-town routes; home every night
License: Non-CDL position
Requirement: Valid DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate/Card

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles for local customer pickups and deliveries.
• Plan and follow assigned routes and schedules.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load, unload, secure, and transport computers, electronics, equipment, and other materials.
• Complete pickup, delivery, and transportation documentation accurately.
• Represent Bytefixx professionally when interacting with customers.
• Receive, inspect, label, organize, and process incoming equipment and shipments.
• Prepare equipment and materials for shipment, delivery, recycling, or processing.
• Assist with inventory counts, asset tracking, and warehouse organization.
• Support technicians with equipment staging and movement.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, packaging, and order fulfillment.
• Support data destruction, recycling, and equipment processing operations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work environment.
• Safely operate warehouse tools and material-handling equipment.
• Perform other operational duties and special projects as business needs require.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Current DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate/Card required.
• Ability to safely operate a company truck or similar vehicle.
• Prior box truck, delivery, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to use GPS, mobile devices, and basic computer systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a small, collaborative team.
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Must be comfortable working in warehouse, vehicle, and outdoor environments.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to safely enter and exit a company vehicle throughout the day.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse and outdoor conditions.
