Warehouse Operations Coordinator

Plant City, United States | Posted on 01/06/2026 You will be responsible for the coordination, monitoring and optimization of the movement, storage, processes and distribution of inventory (berries) to satisfy sales orders, ensuring compliance with quality standards, inventory accuracy, and timely dispatch or receipt of inventory. This position is the link to control and supervise the service provided by our warehouse partners. This position will be in charge of the coordination of our third‑party warehouse in Plant City and will occasionally visit other warehouses around the US and Canada depending on the season. It is required to constantly visit Plant City, so living near the Tampa area or willingness to relocate is important. Hybrid work. Key Performance Outputs Service agreements: Participate in agreements to operate the fruit properly, focus on efficiencies and performance of the service, control and budget rates, organize billing cycles and conditions for allocation of cost. Provide weekly plan updates to ensure alignment with warehouse capacity. Manage partners to be accountable for meeting expectations. Update inventory: Keep all inventories balanced with optimum rotation, follow priority guidelines to fulfill sales allocation and track issues, and seek solutions for products requiring attention. Shipping and delivery performance: Track products until delivery, report any issues that may affect the customer, and control shipping security measures, escalating when required. Inbound shipping tracking: Constantly track shipments from growers incoming to the controlled warehouses, produce availability reports for sales allocations. Packing services: Organize and instruct packing and/or re‑pack services needed. Procure materials, necessary staff, process line layouts, and setting for any process required. Notify any anomaly and follow up on results for further control. Service invoices: Ensure all invoices are allocated to a traceable lot, proactively notify finance department and manager of any additional or special expenses. Coordinate QC of inbound and stock: Facilitate full inspections before any product is shipped and ensure deliveries to customers meet agreed quality standards. Requirements Experience Required Degree in business administration, logistics or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience. Fresh produce exposure preferred. Experience working with shippers, trucking companies and import agents. Experience managing service agreements with 3PL warehouses, trucking companies, suppliers of materials and others. Experience in inventory management and systems. Experience with sales operations, coordinating shipping and fulfilling orders. Flexibility to cover different shifts (weekends and/or extended hours). Skills & Knowledge Computer literacy: MS Office, Advanced Excel, database and ERP systems. NetSuite or other inventory management system preferred. Leadership skills to manage operations. Good understanding of the sales process (to delivery). Good understanding of the fruit industry. Negotiation skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills.
