$50,000 - $60,000

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute engaging events that align with our mission of providing financial stability to families.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event coordination and execution.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.
• Communicate with vendors and partners to secure necessary resources and services for successful events.
• Create detailed event timelines and schedules to ensure all activities are executed on time.
• Monitor and evaluate event success, gathering feedback to continuously improve future events.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, transportation, and accommodations, to enhance attendee experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience in planning and executing a variety of events, ensuring alignment with brand values.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners for seamless event logistics.
• Proven track record of managing event budgets, balancing cost-effectiveness with quality.
• Strong organizational skills to create detailed timelines and checklists, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Experience in coordinating with marketing teams to promote events and boost attendance.
• Ability to oversee on-site event operations, ensuring a smooth experience for attendees.
• Skill in gathering and analyzing post-event feedback to enhance future offerings and impact.
