Begin your impactful journey supporting students in an elementary school environment as a highly-qualified Paraprofessional, making a difference in classrooms across several school sites near Elk River, MN. Multiple openings are available throughout the area, each site offering a unique and engaging team atmosphere. Candidates will start on a contract basis (32.5 hours weekly, M-F) with the opportunity to become a direct hire after 422 contracted hours.

Desired Qualifications:
- Must meet at least one of the following:
- Passed the MN Board Highly Qualified Para Exam or Para Educator Exam (proof of passing score required)
- Completed at least 60 college credits (official transcripts required)
- Proven commitment to student growth in educational settings
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability and positivity within dynamic school environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in implementing instructional and behavioral support
- Provide one-on-one or small-group attention to students as needed
- Help create a welcoming and organized classroom experience
- Support the unique needs of students, including those in DCD (Developmental Cognitive Disabilities) or center-based programs
- Collaborate with other paraprofessionals, teachers, and staff within a supportive team
