Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience supporting business leaders as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders at all levels of the organization Strong working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational design, and workforce planning Experience partnering with leaders to drive talent strategies that support business objectives Proven ability to navigate complex situations, exercise sound judgment, and solve problems effectively Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data,identifytrends, and translate insights into action Caleres is an Equal Opportunity Employer by choice.
