As a Senior Associate, you will serve as a dedicated finance business partner to this dynamic organization. You will support teams that are responsible for some of the most impactful work at Capital One.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic OpEx Management: Manage core monthly financial processes for your aligned business partners, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.Executive Advising & Storytelling: Analyze financial results and key business drivers to surface actionable insights, translate complex data into clear narratives within the context of business priorities, and advise senior leadership.Financial Modeling & Business Cases: Build robust models, coordinate data collection across departments, and ensure data accuracy to help partners meet their financial objectives.Cross-Functional Partnership: Build strong relationships across the organization to support Product, Technology, and Design on strategic projects. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.McLean, VA: $96,500 - $110,100 for Sr. Financial AnalystNew York, NY: $105,300 - $120,100 for Sr. Financial AnalystRichmond, VA: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Financial AnalystCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
