• * Schedule: ** Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM + On-Call Availability
• * Position Overview **

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to attract, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for our clients. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment, communicates effectively in both English and Spanish, and has experience managing the full recruiting cycle. ** Key Responsibilities ** Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and gather position requirements. Prepare, edit, and post job descriptions. Develop and execute recruiting strategies for a variety of positions. Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting platforms. Conduct resume reviews, phone screenings, and in-person interviews. Assess candidates' experience, qualifications, and overall fit for available positions. Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers. Manage candidates throughout the full recruiting and onboarding cycle . Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming staffing needs. Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity. Build positive and professional relationships with candidates and clients. Perform additional recruiting and administrative duties as assigned.

• * Bilingual in English and Spanish required. **
• * Full-cycle recruiting experience required. **

Previous experience within a staffing agency and/or light industrial recruiting environment preferred. Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of job boards and social media recruiting platforms. Ability to conduct effective phone and in-person interviews. Excellent phone, communication, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build professional relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
